FlexiblueDesignが提供する制作サービスおよび、当ウェブサイトのご利用に関する基本的なルールと個人情報の取り扱いについて定めております。お問い合わせやご依頼の前に、ご一読いただきますようお願いいたします。
These terms set out the basic rules for the production services provided by FlexiblueDesign and for the use of this website, together with how we handle personal information. Please read them before making an inquiry or placing an order.
個人情報の取り扱いについてHandling of Personal Information
お問い合わせの際にお預かりした会社名、お名前、メールアドレスなどの情報は、FlexiblueDesignが責任を持って厳重に管理いたします。いただいた情報は、お問い合わせへのご返信、お見積りの作成、および制作業務のご連絡にのみ使用し、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
Information you provide when contacting us — such as your company name, name, and email address — is managed securely and responsibly by FlexiblueDesign. It is used solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and communicate regarding production work, and is never provided to third parties without your consent.
著作権とご利用範囲についてCopyright and Scope of Use
納品した画像・動画などのデータは、御社の商品・サービスの宣伝や営業に自由にご利用いただけます（EC・Webサイト・広告・SNS・展示会・印刷物など。媒体・期間の制限はありません）。トリミングや文字入れなどの加工も可能です。制作物の著作権はFlexiblueDesignに帰属します。納品データそのものを販売・配布すること（素材としての再販・第三者への提供など）はご遠慮ください。著作権の譲渡をご希望の場合は、別途お見積りのうえ承ります。
Delivered images, video, and other data may be used freely to promote and sell your products and services (e-commerce, websites, ads, social media, trade shows, print, and so on, with no limits on media or duration). Editing such as cropping or adding text is permitted. Copyright of the work remains with FlexiblueDesign. Please do not sell or distribute the delivered data itself (for example, reselling it as stock material or passing it to third parties as data). Copyright transfer is available on request for a separate fee.
実績の公開についてPublication as Portfolio Work
標準の料金は、制作物を当方の実績（Webサイト・SNS・営業資料など）として紹介させていただくことを前提にしています。公開の時期は事前にお客様にご確認し、発売前の製品を先に公開することはありません。実績として公開しないご希望は、追加料金（3万円）で承ります。この場合も、納品物のご利用範囲は変わりません。
Standard pricing assumes we may show the work in our portfolio (website, social media, sales materials). We confirm the timing with you in advance and never publish a product before its launch. If you prefer the work not be shown, this is available for an additional ¥30,000; how you may use the deliverables does not change.

制作物の品質には万全を期しておりますが、納品後のデータ使用によって生じたトラブルや損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
While we take every care to ensure the quality of our work, we cannot accept responsibility for any trouble or damages arising from the use of the data after delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
ご発注後のキャンセルについてCancellation After Ordering
お見積り段階（ご発注前）でのキャンセルに費用は一切発生いたしません。正式なご発注・制作着手後に、お客様都合でキャンセルとなる場合は、その時点での作業進行状況に応じた制作費をご請求させていただく場合がございます。
No charge applies for cancellation at the quotation stage (before ordering). If you cancel for your own reasons after a formal order and the start of production, we may charge a production fee corresponding to the progress of the work at that point.
