FlexiblueDesignが提供する制作サービスおよび、当ウェブサイトのご利用に関する基本的なルールと個人情報の取り扱いについて定めております。お問い合わせやご依頼の前に、ご一読いただきますようお願いいたします。
These terms set out the basic rules for the production services provided by FlexiblueDesign and for the use of this website, together with how we handle personal information. Please read them before making an inquiry or placing an order.

お問い合わせの際にお預かりした会社名、お名前、メールアドレスなどの情報は、FlexiblueDesignが責任を持って厳重に管理いたします。いただいた情報は、お問い合わせへのご返信、お見積りの作成、および制作業務のご連絡にのみ使用し、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
Information you provide when contacting us — such as your company name, name, and email address — is managed securely and responsibly by FlexiblueDesign. It is used solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and communicate regarding production work, and is never provided to third parties without your consent.
著作権とご利用範囲についてCopyright and Scope of Use
納品した3DCG画像や動画データは、事前にお伺いした目的（Webサイトへの掲載、展示会での使用、パンフレット印刷など）の範囲内でご自由にご利用いただけます。ただし、制作物の著作権はFlexiblueDesignに帰属します。事前の許可なく別の用途への転用、データの二次配布、ご自身での大幅な改変を行うことはご遠慮ください。
Delivered 3DCG images and video data may be used freely within the scope of the purpose agreed in advance (e.g. publication on a website, use at exhibitions, brochure printing). However, the copyright of the work remains with FlexiblueDesign. Please refrain from repurposing the data for other uses, redistributing it, or making substantial modifications yourself without prior permission.
実績の公開についてPublication as Portfolio Work
制作した画像や動画は、当方のポートフォリオ（実績）としてWebサイト等で紹介させていただく場合がございます。公開の可否やタイミングについては、事前にお客様にご確認し、同意を得た場合のみ掲載いたします。
We may introduce the images and videos we produce as portfolio work on our website and elsewhere. We will confirm whether and when this is acceptable with you in advance, and will publish only with your consent.
免責事項Disclaimer
制作物の品質には万全を期しておりますが、納品後のデータ使用によって生じたトラブルや損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
While we take every care to ensure the quality of our work, we cannot accept responsibility for any trouble or damages arising from the use of the data after delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
ご発注後のキャンセルについてCancellation After Ordering
お見積り段階（ご発注前）でのキャンセルに費用は一切発生いたしません。正式なご発注・制作着手後に、お客様都合でキャンセルとなる場合は、その時点での作業進行状況に応じた制作費をご請求させていただく場合がございます。
No charge applies for cancellation at the quotation stage (before ordering). If you cancel for your own reasons after a formal order and the start of production, we may charge a production fee corresponding to the progress of the work at that point.
